Accelerate Great Schools

Accelerate Great Schools exists to grow the number of great schools available to all children in Cincinnati. They believe that every child, in every neighborhood, deserves a great K–12 education — and that great schools prepare children to be successful in life. AGS identifies parent and community needs, grows the number of high-performing school options to meet those needs, and increases the number of high-quality teachers and principals who are representative of the communities they serve. Through partnerships with Cincinnati Public Schools, the Catholic Inner-City Education (CISE) Fund, and non-profit charter schools, AGS has helped schools anticipate principal hiring needs, recruited leaders to high-need schools, and established training and support for principals and their teams.

The Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy is a national leader in developing principals and teachers who go on to transform schools. Their work is grounded in the belief that leadership is learnable — that with the right support, the right community, and the right practice, educators grow into the kind of leaders who change the arc of a child's life. TLA brings a proven methodology, a deep bench of expertise, and a track record of building programs that don't just develop individual educators but strengthen entire school ecosystems.
